Club Release Details & Schedule

Quarterly Wine Release Options and Discounts:

As a wine club member, you choose one of the following club levels during signup (below) for each quarterly release:

  • 3 Bottle Club - 3 bottles per quarter + 15% bottle discount

  • 6 Bottle Club - 6 bottles per quarter + 20% bottle discount

  • 12 Bottle Club - 12 bottles per quarter + 25% bottle discount

NOTE: Wine selection chosen quarterly by Vintner, with some customizations available

Quarterly Wine Club Release Dates: 

  • February, May, August, and November

  • You will be notified through email of exact release dates as they approach.

Additional Benefits: 

10% on all purchases made in the Tasting Room, excluding Reserve Wines, Vineyard Café menu items, Cocktails, and Beer. Discount cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

Early access to new wine releases and events

Wine Club Terms & Conditions: One year membership.

  • Membership in the Three Strands Wine Club requires a minimum commitment of one year. Cancellations may be requested following the fourth quarterly release from the date of activation.

  • Each quarterly release will include a customization date, noted in your release email. Members may make changes to their selections up until this date. No changes can be made after the customization date has passed.

  • Memberships will automatically continue beyond the first year until a cancellation request is received. To cancel, please email erica@threestrandsvineyard.com.

  • A restocking fee of 50% of the purchase price will be charged to the card on file should a member wish to cancel after the current release has already been processed. 

  • Tasting room discounts for wine club members begin on your next in-person visit following sign-up.

Pickup & Shipping Options:

Tasting Room Pickup

  • Customers have 15 days to pick up their order at the Tasting Room. 

  • After that, the order will be shipped to the address on file at the customer’s expense.
