Three Strands Family Vineyard & Winery would like to invite you to experience wine through the senses and learn the language behind every glass.
Our Wine Sensory Class is an intimate, guided, hands-on experience designed to train your palate to identify aromas, flavors, and structure—with confidence. You’ll compare an exceptional lineup of wines with aromatic standards, learn how to use a wine sensory wheel, and taste from crystal glasses that bring every detail to life.
Hosted by one of our winemakers in an intimate winery classroom setting, this class is equal parts educational, playful, and unforgettable.

Our Wine & Food Pairing Class is an intimate, guided, hands-on experience designed to teach you how to thoughtfully pair wines with a variety of cuisines.
Hosted by one of our winemakers in an intimate winery classroom setting, this class is equal parts educational, playful, and unforgettable. This class helps you understand the “why” behind each pairing through interactive tastings and real examples.
You’ll explore how flavors, textures, and aromas work together—learning how acidity, tannins, sweetness, and body influence the way wine and food enhance one another.
Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned enthusiast, this experience is designed to build your confidence, sharpen your palate, and give you practical tools you can use at home or when dining out.
